After Mikkelsen raised in middle position Lovelace came over the top for the last of his 389,000. Mikkelsen called with {A-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds} and was in a race against Lovelace's pocket Eights.
The flop came {10-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}, giving Mikkelsen a flush and gutshot draw, and on the turn Dag hit the {6-Diamonds} to make his flush. Lovelace still had outs, he could win with a Jack or Eight, but the river brought the {Q-Diamonds}, giving Mikkelsen a Royal Flush and knocking Lovelace out.
